Meet Dr. Britt ND

Before becoming a naturopathic doctor, I earned a degree in engineering and spent years teaching math. My brain naturally likes clear answers, but health doesn’t always work in black and white.

Becoming a practitioner has taught me to lean into the nuance. To recognize that real health lives in the grey areas between structure and flexibility, evidence and intuition, effort and ease.

What drives me most is helping patients see how small, intentional steps can create profound change. Because when health plans feel doable, they actually last.

Dr. Brittany Burrows, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus on metabolic health, energy, and long-term wellness. She works with patients navigating fatigue, weight changes, nutrient deficiencies, and conditions such as high cholesterol, insulin resistance, and fatty liver.

Her practice emphasizes realistic, sustainable approaches that fit each patient’s lifestyle prioritizing nourishment, balance, and long-term well-being over perfectionism or extremes.

Dr. Burrows holds a Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and a background in Engineering and Mathematics.
