Simple, Sustainable Care Designed Around You
Step 1: Your Story
Your first visit is a deep dive about 75 minutes spent exploring your health history, daily habits, and what matters most to you.
This is your space to be heard, to ask questions, and to connect the dots between symptoms, lifestyle, and what’s been holding you back from feeling your best.
(Appointments available in-person at Health Space Collective in Port Perry or virtually across Ontario.)

Commonly Asked Questions
1. Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes! I work with patients both virtually and in-person. Virtual care is available for anyone in Ontario, and in-person visits are offered at Health Space Collective in Port Perry.
2. What types of concerns do you treat?
While I maintain a general family practice, I have a particular interest in metabolic health—supporting concerns like fatigue, weight changes, high cholesterol, insulin resistance, and fatty liver. I also help patients navigate hormonal shifts, nutrient deficiencies, and long-term wellness foundations.
3. How many visits will I need?
It depends on your goals and your case. Most patients start with an initial visit and a follow-up within 4–6 weeks, then continue every few months as needed. The goal is to give you structure and support without adding pressure to your schedule.
4. Are naturopathic services covered by insurance?
Many extended health benefit plans cover naturopathic visits. Check with your provider for details. Payment is due at the time of service, and receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement.
